That's normal for the first few days. Carriers often take 2–5 days to record the first scan after a parcel ships. Check back in a day or two.

My tracking hasn't moved in several days +
Parcels sometimes sit between scans in transit, especially during customs or carrier hand-offs. If there's been no update for over 7 days, email us and we'll look into it.
Can I still change my shipping address? +
Only before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
